If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — within clear, simple guidelines.
Exchanges and Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit for products that:

Arrive damaged or spoiled

Are otherwise unsatisfactory based on your experience

Cash refunds are not available.
Requesting an Exchange or Store Credit

Please contact us at zan@thechutneyguru.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Requests without proper photographic evidence may not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Conditions for Exchanges

Products must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the product has been opened, partially consumed, or damaged through misuse or negligence.
Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or partially used products.
Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning products unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer service team.

If your request for an exchange or store credit is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, if needed.
